Budget revenues from state property leases in Azerbaijan rise by 23%

In January-June 2025, revenues from the lease of state property through the State Property Service under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy stood at 21.9 million manats (just under $12.9 million), marking a 23% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s Finance Ministry.
Lease revenues were executed 30.3% above the forecast.
For 2025, the State Property Service is supposed to transfer 46 million manats (approximately $27.06 million) to the state budget. Thus, 47.6% of this amount was provided within six months.
