Azerbaijan's state debt revealed

As of October 1 of this year, the state debt of Azerbaijan made 17,203.3 million manats (over $10.1 billion) or 14.4% of the gross domestic product expected in 2023.

Report informs citing the Ministry of Finance that external debt made 11,109.5 million manats ($6.535 billion) and internal debt amounted to 6,093.7 million manats (nearly $3.6 billion), respectively 9.3% and 5.1% of the expected GDP.
