Analysts expect record increase in annual eurozone inflation in July

Annual inflation in 19 eurozone countries, according to the final estimate, in July accelerated to a record 8.9% from 8.6% a month earlier, Report informs with reference to DailyFX.
The statistical agency Eurostat will publish the official data on August 18.
In the afternoon, the US Department of Labor will publish data on the number of initial claims for unemployment benefits for the week to August 13. Analysts suggest that the figure increased by 3,000 - up to 265,000 applications.
In the evening, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) will publish a report on the number of transactions in the sale of housing in the US secondary market. Analysts believe the figure in July fell to 4.89 million from June's 5.12 million transactions.
