SOCAR creates new company

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy registered SOCAR Projects International LLC, Report informs.
The new commercial entity was registered at 73 Neftchilar avenue, Sabail district, Baku.
The charter capital is 1,000 manats ($587.56), and its legal representative is Farid Mazahir Hajiyev.
