Another gas station of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has been commissioned in Romania.

Report informs, citing SOCAR, that the new SOCAR-branded gas station is in the northern Suceava region of Romania, on the border with Ukraine and Moldova. The gas station is the 7th SOCAR-branded petrol station in the region and the 66th across Romania.

Three petrol meters installed in the new gas station can simultaneously serve 4 small and 2 large vehicles. NANO 95 and NANO 98 (petrol), NANO Diesel, and NANO Super Diesel fuels are sold at the gas station.

In addition, the gas station is equipped with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and Adblue fuels (used to reduce harmful nitrogen oxides emitted into the atmosphere during the operation of diesel engines).

Two car washes and a charger for electric cars have been installed in the area. As at other gas stations, SOCAR customers and guests can use free services such as filling tires, internet, charging phones at this station.

A Nar cafe in the gas station sells local and imported products from Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani Corner has been established in all SOCAR outlets in Romania. In addition, monitors installed in the gas stations regularly show videos, promoting Azerbaijan.

At present, SOCAR has 66 SOCAR-branded gas stations in 26 regions of Romania. According to the strategic plan, adopted by the company, SOCAR will continue to expand its network of gas stations in Romania in the coming years.

We should note that SOCAR operates in Romania through SOCAR Petroleum SA, established in 2011.
