Russia to increase export duty on oil from December 1

The export duty on Russian oil will increase by $6.3 to amount to $77.5 per ton from December 1, 2021, Report informs, quoting a report of the Russian Finance Ministry.
According to the ministry, the average price for Russian export Urals oil over the monitoring period from October 15, 2021, to November 14, 2021, was $82.4 per barrel, or $601.9 per ton.
