Oil prices end 1Q24 with strong growth

Brent and WTI oil prices ended March and the first quarter of 2024 with strong growth, Report informs via Interfax
Trading is not held on March 29, since the exchanges are closed due to Good Friday.
According to the Dow Jones Market, in March, Brent and WTI rose in price by 4.6% and 6.3%, respectively.
In the first quarter of 2024, the prices rose by 13.6% and 16.1%, respectively.
The cost of May Brent futures on the London ICE Futures exchange at market close on Thursday increased by $1.39 (1.6%) to $87.48 per barrel.
WTI oil futures for May in e-trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) rose by $1.82 (2.2%) to $83.17 per barrel.
