As of September 3, the weather was rainless in the country.
Fog reducing visibility to 50-150 meters was observed in Imishli, Sabirabad, Jafarkhan, Salyan, Neftchala, and Bilasuvar.
The weather temperature in Baku was 7C higher than the climate normal, with maximum air temperature reaching 38-40C in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, 39-41C in Nakhchivan MR, 42C in Sharur, 29-32C in mountainous regions, 36-40C in the lowlands, 41C in Hajigabul.
