New biosphere reserve to be created in Azerbaijan 

With the support of the German Federal Environmental Foundation, the Balaken-Zagatala Biosphere Reserve will be created on the basis of the Zagatala State Reserve, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Vugar Karimov told journalists during the media tour organized to the liberated Fuzuli and Khojavend districts.

Report informs that, according to him, the Reserve will cover the higher mountainous areas of Zagatala and Balaken districts.
