Number of observers registered for extraordinary presidential elections announced

About 64,000 observers have registered for the extraordinary presidential elections scheduled for February 7, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Mazahir Panahov, told journalists, Report informs.

He said that the number of international observers is about 400, and these figures do not include OSCE and UN observers.
