Clarifying the fate of missing persons is a state obligation, Ilaha Huseynova, head of the Public Relations Department of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Azerbaijan Delegation, said during a briefing, Report informs.

According to Huseynova, the activities of the committee she represents depend on needs assessment:

"We are an organization that supports states and our activities depend on needs assessment. We never work alone. Our goal is to increase the work capacity of local specialists in this field. We try to train specialists in the field."
