Azerbaijan disciplines 43 judges, dismisses 13

Over 300 disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against judges for violating the requirements of the law, about 200 judges have been suspended from work for serious misconduct on various grounds, Report informs citing the Judicial-Legal Council.
Some 43 judges were brought to disciplinary responsibility for corruption offenses, the powers of 9 people have been terminated ahead of time, and 13 people were dismissed from their positions.
