Amnesty act mostly covers Baku

The districts and cities, where the amnesty act is being widely applied, have been identified, Elnur Musayev, state counselor of justice III degree, head of the Office for Non-Criminal Prosecution under Prosecutor-General's Office, told a briefing on the implementation of the amnesty act issued on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day.

"The amnesty act has mostly covered Baku. Baku is followed by Salyan, Sumgayit, Khirdalan, Ganja and others districts and cities," he added.
