Taxes Ministry: Seizure of Turan agency accounts resulted from technical failure

Baku. 5 October. REPORT.AZ/ Ministry of Taxes has commented on giving an order for freezing accounts of Turan News Agency. 

Report informs citing the Ministry, if taxpayers fail to timely execute their tax liabilities, an order is issued for their bank accounts in accordance with the Tax Code: "Giving an order for accounts and its withdrawal is conducted automated and electronically according to the requirements of the collective agreement on electronic document exchange between the Ministry of Taxes and banks, without human factor. An issue was ordered for accounts of Turan News Agency due to failure of the software and it was immediately withdrawn by eliminating the malfunction".
