The State Tax Service (STS) under the Economy Ministry of Azerbaijan has registered the Azerbaijan branch of China Energy Construction Group CO., LTD, Report informs, citing the ministry.
According to the ministry, the legal address of the new company is Baku city, Nasimi district, Hasan Aliyev street, house 4/189, and its legal representative is a Chinese citizen, Huang Fuping.
