Azerbaijan’s cabbage exports to Ukraine soar

In January-April 2025, Azerbaijan exported 205 tons of cabbage (excluding cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli) worth $170,000, representing a year-on-year decline of 71% and 46%, respectively, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.
During this period, Azerbaijan sold cabbage to:
- Ukraine: 166.9 tons (+8 times) worth $125,600 (+10.5 times);
- Russia: 37 tons (-95%) worth $33,300 (-89%).
In 2024, 97.5% of the 841 tons of cabbage exported from Azerbaijan went to Russia.
