Azerbaijan, Pakistan discuss Preferential Trade Agreement

Azerbaijan and Pakistan discussed the ongoing efforts to sign a Preferential Trade Agreement, the Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
“Together with our colleague, Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov, we held a meeting with Pakistan's Commerce Minister Syed Naveed Qamar and Minister of State for Petroleum Musadik Masood Malik. Our discussions focused on the development prospects of Azerbaijan-Pakistan economic relations. We also discussed the ongoing efforts to sign a Preferential Trade Agreement, which will bolster trade ties between our nations, the opportunities for mutual investments, as well as the potential cooperation in the energy sector,” the minister tweeted.
