Ambassador: Several Azerbaijani high-ranking officials planned to visit UAE

Baku. 28 August. REPORT.AZ/ Recent years were very productive in terms of mutual visits between Azerbaijan and UAE, Azerbaijani Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Dashqin Shikarov told Report.

He stressed that works are currently underway for organization of Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s visit to Azerbaijan: ‘Moreover, Assistant of the President of Azerbaijan for Public and Political Affairs  Ali Hasanov, Minister of Transport, Communication and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade, Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov, Parliamentary delegation are planned to visit UAE, as well as foreign ministers of the both countries are expected to hold political consultations. At the same time, several economic events are also planned to be held within a year’.

The ambassador also said that works are underway to hold the next meeting of intergovernmental economic commission by the end of this year.
