Rustam Najafov: 60,000 tourists have visited Shahdag Mountain Resort so far in 2023

The Shahdag Mountain Resort had more than 109,000 visitors last year, Rustam Najafov, Chairman of the Board of the Shahdag Mountain Resort CJSC of the State Tourism Agency, told journalists, Report informs.

According to him, during this period, over 60,000 people were accommodated in hotels in the territory of the resort.

“So far this year, 60,000 tourists visited the Shahdag Mountain Resort. More than 26,000 people stayed in hotels,” Najafov said.

According to him, a running competition for children and amateurs will be organized on the territory of the resort on July 8-9: “This event is an international running festival. We expect the active participation of foreign tourists here.”
