Ministry changes rules on targeted social assistance

Baku. 29 January. REPORT.AZ/ Beginning today, no extract on estate property will be required from those who apply for targeted social assistance, Report informs citing Public Relations and Communications Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.

By the information, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population is taking consistent steps to facilitate the electronic application process, to provide comfortable and easy access to the social assistance program for low-income families.

Thus, people who do not have property rights on the land can also apply for targeted state social assistance from today. During the application for the targeted social assistance, the electronic system will automatically receive information about the owner and stakeholders of the land from the information system regarding the registration number of the insurer on the State Insurance Act (SUN).

Simplification measures of the application procedure to receive targeted state social assistance will continue in the upcoming period.
