Work with the black boxes of the AZAL passenger aircraft that crashed in Aktau will begin after experts from Brazil arrive on December 27, said the Vice Minister of Transport of Kazakhstan and Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee, Talgat Lastayev, Report informs.
"There is an algorithm, standards - and all countries follow them. First, an aircraft accident investigation commission is created, which makes decisions about the black boxes based on circumstances and all data. This process is ongoing now - fragments and details are being collected. Experts from the manufacturing country Brazil will arrive tomorrow, and the representatives of the air carrier will arrive tomorrow. When all these people gather, they will make decisions on how to decode. This is the algorithm," Lastayev noted.
