A state of emergency has been introduced in the Tyumen Oblast of the Russian Federation due to an unfavorable flood forecast, the Oblast Governor Aleksandr Moor said, Report informs via TASS.
“We have decided to introduce a state of emergency in the Tyumen Oblast,” he said.
