Tehran called for an urgent meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) after American strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan, Report informs, citing the statement of Iran's foreign ministry.
"Today, the responsibility of the IAEA and personally Director General Rafael Grossi, who has demonstrated obvious bias in favor of the warring parties and thereby gave reason for the recent catastrophe, is clearer than ever. We call on the IAEA Board of Governors to hold an extraordinary meeting and fulfill its legal obligations in connection with the dangerous US attack on Iran's peaceful nuclear facilities, which were under strict control of the agency and functioned within the framework of the Safeguards Agreement," the statement says.
