Erdogan highlights Azerbaijani-backed reconstruction efforts in quake-hit Kahramanmaras

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan shared a post about the development of a new residential area known as the "Azerbaijani Neighborhood" in Kahramanmaras.

In a post shared on the social media platform X, Erdogan detailed the scale of the project, noting that 49,056 homes and workplaces have been completed in the area, which was devastated by the powerful earthquakes.

With this project, the total number of residences delivered since the disaster has reached 250,000, the president said.

Bugün deprem bölgemizde, aralarında Can Azerbaycan’ın desteğiyle hayata geçirilen Azerbaycan Mahallemizdeki konutların da yer aldığı 49 bin 56 iş yeri ve konutu hak sahibi kardeşlerimize teslim ediyoruz.
