Spain saw a slight increase in the daily death toll from novel coronavirus, with 430 people dying in the past 24 hours, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.
The country has confirmed 3 968 new cases per day. Thus, 21,282 people have so far succumbed to the pandemic in Spain.
On December 31, 2019, Chinese authorities announced an outbreak of pneumonia in China's Wuhan, causative agent of which is a new type of coronavirus officially named COVID-19.
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of a new coronavirus a pandemic.
