Former Scottish First Minister arrested

Baku. 24 January. REPORT.AZ/ Scottish police arrested former First Minister Alex Salmond, Report informs citing the RIA "Novosti".
It is noted that today the former Minister is due to appear in a court in Edinburgh.
Other details are not given. However, the arrest may be related to the allegations made by two officials of the administration in January last year. They said they were sexually harassed by Salmond in 2013.
Salmond was the First Minister of Scotland from 2007 to 2014 and advocated the independence of the country. He has presented the Alex Salmond Show on RT since November 2017.
