Next phase of talks on Syria starts

Baku. 23 February. REPORT.AZ/ The fourth phase of the negotiations on Syrian issue has began in Geneva, Switzerland.

Report informs citing RIA Novosti, in the beginning of the meeting, UN Secretary General's Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura have today met separately with the sides.

The meeting discussed the forming of a new Syrian government, new draft constitution and elections.
