Gaza death toll exceeds 25,000

The death toll in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 25,105, Report informs, citing the Hamas-controlled Health Ministry in Gaza.
According to the health authority, 178 Gazans have been killed and 293 injured in the past 24 hours.
The situation in the Middle East sharply worsened after the infiltration of Hamas militants from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory on October 7, which was accompanied by the killing of Israeli civilians in border settlements and the capture of more than 200 hostages, including children, women and the elderly.
Israel responded to the Hamas atrocities with Operation Iron Swords, which continues to this day.
