The death toll in the Gaza Strip since the escalation of the conflict with Israel began on October 7 has exceeded 15,000, spokesman of the Health Ministry of the Palestinian enclave said.
"The number of victims of Israeli aggression since it began has risen to 15,207," he said. According to him, the number of wounded has reached 40,652.
According to him, 280 medical workers were killed in various areas of the Gaza Strip during the conflict.
On the morning of December 1, the Israel Defense Forces accused Hamas of violating the truce and announced that it was resuming hostilities in the Gaza Strip.
