At least 25 people were killed in a landslide in Nuristan province in eastern Afghanistan.
Report informs via the Etilaatroz newspaper that at the moment the bodies of 25 dead have been recovered from the rubble. Most of the victims are women and children.
In total, about 25 houses were destroyed, search and rescue work continues, the newspaper's source added.
The landslide occurred on the night of February 19, and could have been caused by prolonged snowfall.
