EU Commissioner to Azerbaijan and Armenia: Conflict is over, time to move forward

"I am addressing both countries. The conflict is over, and it is time to move forward," Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Dunja Mijatovic said, speaking at the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Report's French bureau informs.
"Azerbaijan and Armenia have entered the post-conflict phase. An agreement has already been reached between the two countries. It is time to move forward. Our Institute has extensive experience in the post-conflict phase. I am ready to assist both countries in this work," he said.
