Armenians fire about 30 shells at Tartar

On October 28, the Armenian armed forces continue to shell the territory of the Tartar region, Report's correspondent dispatched to the frontline says.
Starting in the morning, the enemy again targets civilians.
Armenians have fired about 30 artillery projectiles at the villages of Tartar since 07:30 a.m.
Fortunately, no one was killed or injured.
