Istanbul Airport receives civil aviation sector award for third time

Istanbul Airport has been honored for the third time with one of the most prestigious awards in the civil aviation sector, the Air Transport News Awards in the Corporate Award category, Report informs, citing Anadolu.
The analytical agency Air Transport News (ATN) usually declares the winners in 14 main categories. The awarding ceremony took place in the Romanian city of Cluj.
More than 4,000 people, including readers of the Air Transport News web portal and leaders in aviation industry, took part in the voting.
Istanbul Airport became second after Singapore's "Changi" air harbor, which has repeatedly been declared the Airport of the Year.
