Deputy economy minister announces plans to create digital twins of cities

Azerbaijan plans to create digital twins of cities, First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev said at the InMerge innovation summit in Baku.

According to Report, the deputy minister noted that the introduction of advanced technologies is one of the government's main priorities.

"In this regard, we plan to direct significant investments in the development of innovation throughout the country. This includes the widespread use of modern technologies and the development of artificial intelligence. The development of digital trade in the country is also a priority," he said.
