Azerbaijan posts increase in prices in real estate market

Baku. 29 January. REPORT.AZ/ In December 2018, the prices in Azerbaijan’s real estate market went up 0.9%, Director General of MBA Consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov told Report.
According to him, the price surge was 6.8% last year.
"The prices in the primary housing market rose by 13.9% on average settling at AZN 1,330 a square meter, the secondary housing market by 1.8% at AZN 1,685 a square meter," he said.
