New email system for gov’t agencies put into operation in Azerbaijan

A new email system for government agencies has been launched in Azerbaijan, the department head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security, Tural Mammadov, told Report.

He noted that the State Service has already transferred mail to the new system: “Several government agencies are connected to it. In the near future, the postal addresses of executive authorities will be migrated, and then government agencies with a large number of users.”

The new email system is designed for 60,000 users. It will provide government agencies with more options in terms of functionality and security.
