Ministry of Health: No one appealed to hospitals due to severe weather conditions

Baku. 17 January. REPORT.AZ/ No one has appealed to the hospitals due to the severe weather conditions observed on January 16 night in Azerbaijan, Report informs citing the Ministry of Health.

No injuries due to weather conditions were reported.

Health Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev personally met with the heads of country's major healthcare facilities yesterday and instructed them to shift to enhanced mode of operation. At the same time, telephone messages were sent to heads of other medical institutions. Healthcare institutions were fully prepared for the adverse weather conditions.
