New deputy head of SCC's Medical Service Department appointed

Ismayil Efendiyev has been appointed Deputy Chief of the Medical Service Department of the State Customs Committee (SCC).
Efendiyev is the chief toxicologist of Baku. He participated in training courses in England, Indonesia, Ukraine, Georgia, South Korea, Austria, China, and Denmark in different years.
