PACE to observe early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will observe early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan on February.

Co-Rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Stefan Schennach told French bureau of Report.

According to him, on December 14 PACE will set up a commission of observers and approve its composition: "There will be more than 30 observers".
