Erdogan calls for joint fight against problems like violation of international order

President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called on the world community to fight together against problems such as violation of the international order.

In his message to the participants of the 11th Global Baku Forum themed “Fixing a Fractured World”, Erdogan noted the Antalya Diplomatic Forum brought together many heads of state and representatives from 150 countries: "Climate changes, wars and many other topics were discussed at that forum. Even today, the discussion of important issues is on the agenda. Such as violation of the international order. We should fight together against the problems. The fragmentation first starts at the regional level and then rises to the global level. And these conflicts have a serious impact on the economic, political and social spheres."

The president emphasized in his letter that the Russian-Ukrainian war is already in its third year, and the restoration of peace is an urgent matter.

The Turkish leader added that Türkiye is taking steps in this direction, and other countries should also strengthen their efforts.

Erdogan also pointed out that the dividing lines created by regional inequality are becoming a global security problem: "We should work to ensure prosperity in the South Caucasus region."

It should be noted that Erdogan's letter was read by the Chairman of Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Binali Yildirim.
