Dunja Mijatovic: "We are working with both sides to establish peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia"

“We are working with both sides to establish peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Dunja Mijatovic said at the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

According to her, both sides must fulfil their obligations:

“We are working with the leadership of both countries. We are always ready to work for peace between the two countries and other matters related to the Karabakh issue. However, this is possible only if both parties fulfil their obligations.”
