Azerbaijani FM meets with his Algerian counterpart

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community, Abroad Ahmed Attaf, during his working visit to the State of Qatar, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan’s MFA.

At the meeting, Minister Bayramov conveyed his congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Algeria this year.

During the meeting, the parties expressed satisfaction with the current level of mutual activity within the framework of international organizations, especially the UN, the Non-Aligned Movement, and the OIC, and emphasized the importance of continuing mutual support for candidacies and initiatives within the framework of international organizations.

The ministers also discussed other bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest during the meeting.
