Baku. 14 November. REPORT.AZ/ The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has started disciplinary investigations against both clubs after the 4th round of the Europa League match between Vorskla and Qarabag on November 8 in Ukraine.
Report informs citing the press service of the organization that the investigations are due to fans that threw objects on the pitch and ignited fireworks. The issue will be considered on December 13.
This means that there will not be no restrictions on the Vorskla fans' to watch match against Arsenal (England) in the fifth round to be held at the Aleksey Butovski stadium in Poltava on November 29.
Notably, in the 50th minute of the home match with Qarabag, the fans of the Ukrainian club ignited fireworks. For this reason, the match was suspended for 4 minutes. In the 65th minute, the same thing happened with Azerbaijani fans. This time the Swiss chief referee Sandro Schaerer sent the teams to the changing room. The match resumed in 8 minutes.
