TRY rate keeps going down

Baku. 4 December. REPORT.AZ/ With the concern about Central Bank of Turkey’s decision to reduce interest rate and pressure of international financial markets, the Turkish lira (TRY) continues to go down, Report informs citing Turkish media.
According to the information, the USD/TRY rate in the interbank currency market rose to 5.46 yesterday and fell to 5.39 at the close of the day. Since morning today, the TRY has depreciated again and currently, 1 USD is TRY 5.43.
USD rate has been going up since the inflation information released on December 3. Market participates are looking forward the ‘Monetary and Exchange Rates Policy in 2019’.
