Shadow economy narrows in Azerbaijan

Baku. 16 March. REPORT.AZ/ According to latest calculations by the State Statistical Committee (SSC), shadow economy fell to 2.4% of GDP.
Report informs citing the Committee.
The report says, this is the indicator of 2015, figures of 2016 will be announced in third quarter of 2017. According to preliminary calculations, no significant changes expected in new figures.
Notably, earlier, non-formal economy (shadow economy) accounted for 9.1%.
