Rufat Aslanli: Insurance companies must be transparent

Baku. 24 February. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FIMSA) Rufat Aslanli commented on statement that insurance companies make public disclosure of financial report once a year.

Report informs, Chairman of the Board said there is no legal basis to ask for report 4 times a year such as commercial banks: "Iin order to demand quarterly report we must create a legal basis".

Thus, R. Aslanli noted that as a financial institutions, insurance companies should be transparent: "I think insurance companies must be transparent"
