Baku. 13 August. REPORT.AZ/ On September 16, at the head office of "Capital Bank", a pre-scheduled general meeting of shareholders will be held. Report was said by the Bank's press service.
According to the information, changing the form of registered shares of "Capital Bank", the amendments to the charter of the Bank and other issues will be discussed during the meeting.
