Over 33 BCM of gas produced in Azerbaijan in 8 months

Azerbaijan produced 33.406 billion cubic meters of natural gas in January-August 2026, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee.
Out of this volume, commercial gas accounted for 25.609 billion cubic meters.
Natural gas production decreased by 0.5% year-on-year, while commercial gas output dropped by 0.9%.
During the eight-month period, the country produced 17.692 million tons of crude oil, including gas condensate, with commercial oil accounting for 17.648 million tons.
Compared to January–August 2025, oil production and commercial oil volume decreased by 3.8%.
