Private educational institutions in Azerbaijan to attract highly qualified staff

Some private educational institutions have appealed to the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers regarding foreign personnel's arrival in the country. 

Report informs, Education Minister Emin Amrullayev said at a briefing on the organization of educational institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Presence of private educational institutions explains the reason for this. Conditions will be created, and the number is not high."
