Azerbaijan will draft a new law "On Unions of Employers and Entrepreneurs," Report informs.
This is envisaged in the Action Plan for 2026–2030 for the Implementation of the Employment Strategy, approved by an order of President Ilham Aliyev.
The document calls for studying international experience in regulating the activities of entrepreneurs' unions and preparing relevant proposals. Based on these proposals, a draft law is planned to be developed and approved, which will then be submitted to the relevant authorities.
The implementation period is 2026–2030. The Ministry of Economy has been designated as the primary executor.
